We had an issue were the text on slides would just stop appearing on our main screen & stream feed while we were going through a song for worship, yet the lyrics continued to appear on our stage display. It has something to do with either the looks or the video renderer.
Update: Figured out a bit more info about the crashing issue from Friday night. I am going to have to revert back to 7.10.4 Going to try one more weekend, but if we crash again, or run into these same issues. It would just randomly take forever to transition to the next slide, even if it was on the previous slide for at least 30 seconds before we needed to move to the next one for the sermon. Lastly we ran into some major slide transition lag.
Had to clear it and re-engage it with the look to get it back up and running. It happened twice in today's service at the same spot for seemingly no reason, and I could not re-create it outside of today's two servicesĪlso ran into an issue where our pre-service loop that we run before/after/in-between services just greenscreen and crashed, showing one of the PTZ cameras which was layers underneath it. Only way to fix it without a full restart was the clear all the layers and re-click the slide/ our intro slide which sets up the looks for the songs. 3/12 - Figured out a bit more info about the crashing issue from Friday night.
We think its an issue with the videos we use as transitions/backgrounds for our service, but we have not yet quite pinpointed the exact cause as of yet. * 3/10 - So far 7.12 has a crashing issue when we transition from certain slides. PCO services no longer working on Windows.I just updated it tonight, so I will post any updates regarding issues that come up. But due to the nature of issues that pp7 updates can occasionally bring, and because I did not see anyone else post about it as of yet, I decided to make this thread for those who also updated and to discuss any bugs/issues from this update and fixes for them. Hey Everyone, I noticed that 7.12 has finally gone live and I decided to update from 7.10 for some of the new features like the automatic CCLI reporting.
